Customer Success Director

Location: Anywhere in the U.S.



Develop strong working relationships with the Customer’s project team and Senior Management involved with purchasing or managing the project


Responsibilities are varied and may include one or more of the following—

The Customer Success Manager will be responsible for the overall success of a set of customers. In this role, the Client Manager will:

  • Work as a part of the customer team to define an overall plan for the successful use of the Simplify Healthcare product by the customer

  • Develop a strategy that understands the current capabilities of the customer and how the Simplify Healthcare products will change that model. Work with the customer to get agreement on the project and its scope

  • Create an agreement with the customer as to the work product to be delivered and the effort involved from both the customer and the Simplify Healthcare team

  • Create customer success criteria for the use of the product and the benefit of the services work

  • Regularly report status to the Customer team and leadership, as well as to Simplify Healthcare management

  • Maximize Simplify Healthcare revenue at each customer by identifying new opportunities across all product lines, develop and scope the opportunities, and close the new contracts


  • Experience working with Health Plans on enterprise wide projects

  • Health Plan operations experience either with the plan or as a vendor or partner

  • Strong program management skills, both business and technical

  • Experience of working with offshore teams is essential

  • Bachelor’s degree required

  • At least two years of program management experience in the Health Plan market

  • Product, plan and benefit management experience desired


  • 5+ years in the IT industry


  • University degree in any field from a Government recognized institute.
