We are seeking a seasoned professional with experience supporting health insurance benefit or provider configuration operations, end-to-end life cycle of product design, configuration, sales, and administration, and/or process improvements for business operations. The qualified candidate will be responsible for working with the business operation teams, from our clients, to assess and document their current business processes and make recommendations and help drive change management, to ensure their operations are aligned to successfully utilize our application solutions and integrations. This critical role will be pull together documents, flows, and presentations to aid our clients in understanding how our solutions will work in their environment and our recommended changes that will be required to their operations to fully realize the value our solutions bring. This role also closely interacts with our internal teams, ensuring everyone is aware of the client’s unique environment and considerations.

Help assess and primary to document current business processes, from our client’s operations.
Help identify how current operations should and might change, to maximize the effectiveness of our software solutions and integrations.
Work with our clients to ensure they completely understand and agree with the suggested changes and support their efforts to make appropriate changes.
Clearly communicate the assessments to our internal teams and get alignment on our solution approach.
Help identify, document, and escalate risks and issues to leadership, to ensure projects will be successfully implemented.
Be familiar with our products, knowing how they work and how various business scenarios can be best solved.
Travel to client and team sites
Identify and formally communicate enhancements to our systems, and internal process standards and practices that will improve the scalability and quality of our organization.
At least three (3) years previous experience in health insurance operations working on performance improvement, benefit or provider configuration, product development, or other related areas.
Ideally having experience creating and delivering executive level presentations, utilizing Power Point and Visio
Ideally having experience doing business process redesign and/or system implementations
Ideally technically savvy, being familiar with how systems work, from a technical perspective
Ideally having a bachelor’s degree in business, health care, or technology
Highly proficient using Microsoft Visio, PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
