3. Application Review
Our hiring team does the initial screening to ensure that your profile meets the qualification criteria for the respective position. For shortlisted profiles, a recruiter may initiate a phone interview, technical assessment or a Skype call.
4. Initial Phone Interview
Someone from our hiring panel conducts a phone interview to make a quick assessment of your competencies, skills and experience. Typically, a phone interview lasts 30 minutes to an hour. Sometimes this could be a skype call.
5. Technical assessment
Depending on the position, particularly for technical roles, you may need to complete an online or onsite assessment test to help us determine the level of your technical competencies.
6. In-person Interview
The hiring manager and/or the hiring panel meets you in our office for a detailed discussion to evaluate your fitment from different aspects including functional, technical and cultural fitment and also provides you more insights in to the career opportunity.
7. Reference Checks
You may be asked to provide few references of your reporting manager or seniors from the past jobs. The hiring manager or the HR team speaks to these references to ensure that there is a mutual fit.
9. On Boarding
Based on the joining date in the offer letter, the HR team starts preparations to welcome you onboard, plans out the induction process and sends you necessary communication in advance.

I had joined Simplify Healthcare as a Business Analyst and over the past two years grew into the role of a Product Manager. After having worked for almost a decade for large software services companies, it is very refreshing and exciting to work in a product development environment. The role of a Product Manager at Simplify Healthcare has provided me with some unique opportunities and helped me see the 'big picture' and collaborate with cross-functional teams spread across different geographies. It has not only enabled me to build on my expertise but also learn many new things.
I have been part of Simplify Healthcare for a major part of my career. Seven years out of my career have been spent with Simplify Healthcare family, and I must say these have been years well spent. I had the opportunity to work in various roles and functions. From being an Operations Manager at the Software Engineering Center in Pune, I moved into managing company’s operations from our US offices and then I gradually moved into the product side and became a Business Analyst.
