Product Configuration Analyst

Location: U.S. / Pune, India



The Product Configuration Analyst will actively drive and participate in product deliveries and be responsible for designing, building, configuring and testing system components to deliver the solution that matches customer requirements. The successful candidate will be able to provide insight to the product teams to improve our products and continue to lead the market with cutting-edge innovative ideas.


  • Work with customer and SH teams on assigned implementation projects
  • Lead and define system requirements, documentation, design, testing, training and implementation support using appropriate templates or tools
  • Communicate with Client and SH resources to ensure effective delivery of configuration tasks
  • Analyzes business and user needs and document requirements with minimal guidance
  • Interpret business requirements into technical system functional & performance requirements
  • Work regularly with the respective manager to report progress and roadblocks
  • Work with technical, business management and internal users to develop appropriate solutions
  • Analyze, troubleshoot and provide technical and business support for application functions
  • Develop, coordinate, and execute test plans, assuring that both unit and integration tests are successfully completed
  • Assist with management of data migration into various system environments


  • BE/B-Tech/MCA or equivalent degree from a recognized university with good academic track
  • Minimum 6 years of relevant experience with a software company
  • Experience in all phases of software development including design, configuration, testing, debugging, implementation, and support of large-scale, business process management solutions
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate, partner, and collaborate
  • Dedication to achieving outstanding customer results with a team-oriented drive and a demonstrated ability to lead by example
  • Must have a solution oriented mindset and be able to communicate effectively to multiple levels
  • Prior experience in implementing any business process management tools like Pega (Product Composer or any of the HC applications), Salesforce, Siebel, Appian, Apptus etc.
  • Domain – Healthcare (Payer or Provider)
