Support the delivery of a range of marketing projects that successfully enhances Simplify Healthcare’s digital presence and optimizes the customer experience and engagement. The Digital & Graphic Designer should be able to conceptualize and deliver memorable digital and non-digital designs across online and offline channels; fully comprehend a design brief's requirements/goals and independently deliver on its objectives and expectations.
Work with the Marketing team to coordinate projects from the initial concept through to final production.
Work to deliver best practice collateral design for all events and online/offline promotional materials including advertisements, brochures, guides, flyers, newsletters, email communications and presentations. Liaise with key stakeholders to ensure all marketing and promotional materials adhere to brand guidelines.
Video Editing and Animation
Assist in design and editing of audience-centric communications and content across all digital touch-points and software.
Conceptualize, film, edit and produce video content.
Assist with the media production of live events.
Deliver graphic user design, user interface and user experience design in several mobile and web properties.
Convert concepts into wireframes, user flows, mock-ups and prototypes
Design page navigation buttons and search fields.
Design graphic user interface elements, like menus, tabs and widgets
Test for intuitivity and experience
Develop and design across digital platforms including website, mobile applications, social media, display, EDM, presentations, advertising and video.
Work creatively and collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders to deliver engaging and effective multimedia content.
Contribute to development of design and branding guidelines.
Expert level of competence with latest trends in: multimedia, web design, graphic design, UX/UI design and digital marketing
Degree in Graphic Design or relevant field
Ability to take designs from concept to finished artwork, independently
Video editing and animation experience
Experience in designing for Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter and Google paid campaigns
Proficient in Adobe CC, Photoshop, Acrobat, InDesign, Illustrator, Premiere Pro and After Effects
Experience working with website CMS, such as Wordpress and Squarespace
Working knowledge of HTML/HTML5/CSS
Working knowledge of marketing automation platforms such as: Mailchimp, Campaign Monitor, Hubspot, or others
Must be flexible and be able to work with changing priorities
Excellent oral and written communication skills with ability to interface with clients and internal stakeholders
Attention to detail and positive 'can do' attitude
Ability to work under minimal supervision and guidance to complete the assigned task

3-5 years’ experience in Graphic and Digital Design, Video editing and animation, and UX/UI design
