Role

Actively drive and participate in product deliveries and be responsible for designing, building, configuring and testing system components to deliver the solution that matches customer requirements. The successful candidate will be able to provide insight to the product teams to improve our products and continue to lead the market with cutting-edge innovative ideas. The Product Configuration Analyst position will work closely with both the Technical development group and Business End User departments to ensure that enterprise software is developed in a robust, reliable and scalable architecture. This includes gathering and analyzing data to develop configuration requirements in support of business cases and proposed projects. The Product Configuration Analyst is also responsible for generating and compiling reports based on the findings, complete with probable causes and possible solutions to systems issues. This individual will apply proven communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills to help maximize the benefit of IT system investments

Responsibilities

  • Analyze enhancements/changes to the Product Design to determine the effect on the end configuration and prepare necessary documentation

  • Assist in translation of business/end user requirements into configuration requirements

  • Act as a liaison between developers and business users to ensure technical compatibility and satisfaction

  • Provide technical guidance to junior analysts in their assigned job duties and monitor the deliverables

  • Analyze and resolve configuration issues in a timely and systematic manner

  • Analysis of complex business problems and assessment of how automated systems can be implemented to solve them

  • Coordinate and oversee testing with end users and facilitate communication of testing results to the development group

  • Monitoring adherence to and refining SDLC processes, IT standards, policies and procedures

Requirements

  • BE/B-Tech/MCA or equivalent degree from a recognized university with good academic track

  • Minimum 2-4 years of relevant experience with a software company

  • Experience in all phases of software development including design, configuration, testing, debugging, implementation, and support of large-scale, business process management solutions

  • Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate, partner, and collaborate

  • Dedication to achieving outstanding customer results with a team-oriented drive and a demonstrated ability to lead by example

  • Must have a solution oriented mindset and be able to communicate effectively to multiple levels

  • Prior experience in implementing any business process management tools like Pega (Product Composer or any of the HC applications), Salesforce, Siebel, Appian, Apptus etc.

  • Domain – Healthcare (Payer or Provider)
