Solutions Delivery Consultant

Location: Chicago, U.S.



As a Solutions Delivery Consultant, you will be responsible for account project relationships as well as delivering solutions to customers for Simplify Healthcare. You will work with your Practice Director to ensure success of the deliveries. You will conduct meetings with customers and build relationships with them throughout the duration of projects. You will also be the point person to coordinate activities with our offshore team and work directly with the delivery manager who is responsible for the offshore team activity. The practice consultant will help to facilitate any meetings between our team members and clients to understand any gaps in functionality throughout the lifecycle of a product implementation. This may include pre-sales activities as well as support activities.


  • Work directly with the customer as the account relationship owner
  • Work with Delivery Managers located in India time zone to deliver solutions for our customers
  • Work directly with the Product Owners, Development teams, and clients to support product implementation activities
  • Participate in requirement and design sessions with both business and technical teams
  • Support business requirements gathering and review and provide feedback on User Story requirements
  • Analyze client documents and process information
  • Support System Integration Testing and User Acceptance Testing activities by prioritizing test cases for the QA team and completing User Acceptance Testing
  • Review and provide feedback on product documentation and user guide documentation
  • Coordinate demo environments to support the Sales Team initiatives
  • Must be willing to be certified on our application
  • Travel Requirements: 70%


  • Bachelor’s degree in a business, healthcare or technical field
  • Experience working in the healthcare industry, minimum 6-8 years ideally in a position that bridges business and technology with solutions
  • Must be able to lead discussions with Payers business and take their specific knowledge of healthcare, apply to new areas
  • Knowledge of software development methodologies (Waterfall, Agile, etc…)
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to interact with all levels of leadership
  • Ability to create meaningful relationships to grow and radiate in the account
  • Strong analytic skills and attention to detail
  • Proficient with MS Office applications, especially Excel, PowerPoint and Visio
  • Strong project management skills
